Neil Diamond has worked with Fortune 500 companies in the capacity of V.P. of Operations and has extensive knowledge in sales and building company revenues. He has been a successful entrepreneur in Routes restaurants and night clubs and other retail wholesale industries. Neil also has been a successful real estate investor for the past 20 years, buying and rehabbing over 120 million dollars in real estate. Neil has non-conforming financing experience and has originated millions of dollars in conforming and non-conforming, residential and commercial real estate loans. His experience as a loan officer for A, Alt-A, B/C, those who fall into the gap between B/C and hard equity lending needs give him the insight needed to help others structure their loans to get funded.
Neil has experience in all ares of business financing, which gives him a unique insight to help his clients attain there financial goals. Neil has originated over 300 million dollars in residential loans within the past 2 years and 1 billion dollars worth of commercial financing over the last 10 years. Neil has been married for 26 years and is the proud father of two. He coaches his children's basketball, baseball and soccer teams. Neil also believes in giving back to the community and is a volunteer for the MMF Foundation, Sits on the board of the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society as well as other several worthwhile projects.

Prior to forming ARIAM, Brian owned and operated People funding, his own private money funding firm for real estate investors that required quick access to private capital for commercial real estate investments. Founded in 2002 in Short Hills, NJ, Peoples Commercial Funding has held Mortgage Banking Licenses in three states, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Georgia, relocating to Georgia in 2010 to take advantage of the real estate crash; investing and lending in distressed multi-family properties and providing needed capital for fix and flips.
Prior to that, Brian held numerous Securities Licenses and sold fixed income related to securing real estate on Wall Street. He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine with an extensive background in construction. Brian oversees the financing of debt and equity on all projects and is involved in the management of owned assets.

Rinkesh Patel (Rink) has worked with Fortune 500 companies in medical devices and pharmaceutical as Project manager and has extensive knowledge of Project Management, Process Development, end to end process of construction and product launch. He has worked at startup and has even attempted to launch his startup with pre-seed rounds. Rink has also been a successful real estate investor for over a decade with fix/flip properties, grounds up construction of the new house, and managing tenants.
His experience in real estate includes managing properties and day to day function, managing tenants and rent, renovation and rehab for fix and flip properties, and innovative ways for minimizing expenses for properties.
Rink has experience in business development, process development, and real estate management and construction oversight for property. This allows his to bring his expertise on any project to maximize the returns, while reducing expenses and automating the process of day to day operations.
Rink is currently invested in venture funds on Fintech REIT Company, managing multiple properties, and overseeing house construction.
Aside from Investments and Pharmaceutical drug development, Rink is an aspiring actor and he takes part in local community theatre, mentoring of the high school kids through outreach program, and volunteering in the community and homeless shelters.
